Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 Days after delivery.

  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or physical damage are not eligible for return.

  • Customers must provide order details or proof of purchase for return requests.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be transferred within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the product received is wrong or defective, replacement/refund will be provided without extra charges.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

  • Product must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
